Tandro reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict Photo Content that violates these Terms, the Safety Principles, or Community Standards.

Tandro does not guarantee that all content posted by users will be reviewed or moderated.

Users remain solely responsible for the Photo Content they upload or share.

Users may not upload photos depicting individuals under the age of 18 unless they have the legal authority and consent to share such images. 22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

23. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully because it requires you and Tandro to resolve most disputes through binding individual arbitration and limits the way you can seek relief from us.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact Tandro and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

You may do so by emailing support@tandro.app

Both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

  • These Terms
  • The Service
  • Your use of the platform
  • Interactions with other users

shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court.

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Arbitration may be conducted:

  • In the county where you reside, or
  • Remotely via video or written submissions when appropriate.

The arbitrator will have authority to grant any relief available under applicable law, but only on an individual basis.

Class Action Waiver

You and Tandro agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.

You agree not to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against Tandro.

This means you may only bring claims on your own behalf and not as part of a class or group of users.

Exceptions

Nothing in this section prevents either party from:

  • Bringing an individual claim in small claims court, or
  • Seeking injunctive relief to prevent unauthorized use, intellectual property infringement, or misuse of the Service.

Opt-Out Option

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of creating your account by sending a written request to:

support@tandro.app

Your request must include:

  • Your name
  • Email associated with your account
  • A statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration

If you opt out, disputes will be resolved through the courts in accordance with the Governing Law section of these Terms.
